Neroche Forest contract successfully completed!

We have just completed a contract for Butterfly Conservation in Neroche Forest in Somerset to clear nearly one hectare of sallows and other scrub and to retrieve the wet grassland which we hope will be the suitable habitat for the Small Pearl-bordered Fritillary butterfly. A team of 6 chainsaw operators and 8 stackers contributed a total of 65 man-days to finish the job on time. We are very happy with the way our first major contract has worked out – we are waiting for the next ones now…
