St Cuthbert's chancel Oborne nr Sherborne

Today we shall be raking off the rest of the cut grass in this field and moving it to the usual dump points. The aim of our management here over the last few years has been to enhance the floweriness of the area (though it is turning out to be more difficult than we expected, probably due to the high fertility of the soil).

This task may well not take the whole day which is probably a relief!

Meet round the back of the field for a 9am start – come and find us if you arrive later. Bring lunch and gloves and wear tickproof clothing.
