EuCAN volunteers and contractors have been working with Sherborne Town Council for several years to manage this small but very biodiverse area of grassland and scrub.  This season over 30 flower spikes of Bee Orchids were counted and spread more widely over the field than in previous years.

There will be volunteers on hand to welcome the public to the meadow between 2 and 4pm, so please join us at any time. If the weather is favourable, there should be plenty of wildlife to see and our volunteers will help you identify the flora and fauna.

There is a new display board in the field with information about the wildlife on it.
