POSTPONED Lankham Bottom Butterfly Reserve - logs

Last winter a team of tree surgeons felled a number of diseased ash trees on the southern side of the reserve and since then the material has been logged up ready for removal. On Thursday we hope to make a start on piling up and hauling out the logs ready for splitting and storage. There is a tangle of bramble that has grown this season which needs to be cut away first – for which we need help!

We shall be meeting at the entrance to the reserve at 8.30am – wear thornproof clothing and bring lunch and drinks!
