Black Hill Cerne Abbas - continuing the Duke Of Burgundy habitat enhancement work this autumn

Black Hill, Cerne Abbas

We shall be creating new scallops in the scrub boundary along the foot of the hill and re-cutting the bramble regrowth in the areas cleared last winter.

We would like to encourage as many volunteers to join us as we can!

Park in the brewery carpark as shown on the google map. Bring lunch and refreshments and working gloves. If you have loppers and a bowsaw bring them, though we will be providing all the tools. We shall be starting at 8.30am but walk up onto the slopes to look for us if you arrive later.
